Project manager - ai/ml & generative ai (6-10 years)

<p> About the Role </p> <p> We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of AI/ML and Generative AI initiatives in an enterprise environment. </p> <p> The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ML, DL, Gen AI solutions, and the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with experience managing cross-functional teams, driving project governance, and ensuring successful solution deployments. You will work closely with AI/ML engineers, data teams, platform, security, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and production-ready AI solutions. </p> <p> Experience: 6–10 Years </p> <p> Employment Type: Full-Time </p> <p> Location: Bengaluru (On-site) </p> <p> Key Responsibilities </p> Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML and Generative AI projects from planning through rollout and project closure. Define project scope, timelines, success criteria, effort estimations, and delivery plans. Manage project governance using Jira, Confluence, and Agile delivery methodologies. Coordinate cross-functional teams across AI/ML, Data Engineering, Platform, Security, and Operations. Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans while communicating updates to stakeholders and leadership teams. Ensure infrastructure, data access, security, and compliance readiness across development and production environments. Support solution rollouts, documentation, operational handoffs, and continuous process improvements. Drive business value through ROI calculations, business use case presentations, and delivery excellence. <p> Required Skills &amp; Qualifications </p> 6–10 years of experience in Project Management with exposure to AI/ML, Generative AI, or data-driven projects. Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Hyperscaler AI solutions (Azure preferred). Experience managing multiple AI/ML and Gen AI solution deployments across the complete SDLC. Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile delivery frameworks. Excellent stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage project risks, dependencies, and technical trade-offs effectively. Experience working with cloud platforms, AI/ML platforms, or data-driven applications. <p> Preferred Skills </p> PMP or equivalent Project Management certification. Exposure to governance, security, and compliance processes in enterprise environments. Experience working on semiconductor or manufacturing-focused products is an added advantage. Prior Product Management experience involving roadmaps, product requirements, and business-driven prioritization is preferred.
