About the Role We are seeking an experienced Business Head to lead and grow our Beauty & Personal Care Ingredients business. The ideal candidate should have a strong commercial background in supplying specialty chemicals and functional ingredients to beauty and personal care manufacturers, with proven experience in business development, strategic account management, and P&L ownership.
