Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop clientele, estimate Service jobs and work with Project Managers for self-perform projects.

Coordinate estimates and upcoming projects with Director of Service and Service team members.

Oversee successful completion of Service projects and supports Service Techs and Service Foreman as needed. 

Assists the Logistics Manager to coordinate and project the placement of self-perform team.

Coordinate directly with the Director of Service on schedule and constructability issues.Conduct safety inspections and address violations.

Conducts reviews and handles disciplinary action with self-perform staff in conjunction with Logistics Manager.

Utilizes technology as required for the role including MS office and Monarc's construction software. 

Provide Service team project updates to facilitate project scheduling and financial tracking. 

Coordinate Service billing with Service staff in a timely manner and with necessary detail.

Ensure field documentation (logs, T&M tickets, estimates, timesheets, expense coding, etc.) are submitted in good order and in a timely manner.

Available as needed for emergency Service calls.

Ability to estimate and win work while maintaining target profit margins
