n We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive (BDE ) with 5+ years of proven experience in handling international market s, particularly USA, Europe, and other global region s. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end sales, client acquisition, and relationship managemen t in overseas markets
. Key Responsibilitie
s Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in international market s (USA, Europe, etc.
)Manage the complete sales cycl e – lead generation, proposal creation, negotiation, and closur
e Build and maintain long-term relationships with international client
s Prepare and present business proposals, RFPs, and sales presentation
s Achieve revenue targets and growth objective s consistentl
y Coordinate with internal teams (Pre-sales, Delivery, Marketing) to ensure smooth project handove
r Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and client requirement
s Represent the company in international meetings, calls, and virtual demo
s Required Skills & Qualification
s8+ years of experience as a BDE / Sales / Business Development professiona
l Strong exposure to international sales and global client
s Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skill
s Proven track record of closing high-value international deal
s Experience with CRM tools and sales reportin
g Ability to work independently and drive result
s Strong understanding of IT services / software solution s (as applicable
)Preferred Qualification
s Experience working with USA & European market
s Knowledge of Upwork, Linked In Sales Navigator, or international lead-generation tool
