Join HCA Healthcare as a Pre/Post-Op RN, providing safe, compassionate care to surgical patients before and after procedures. You will complete pre-op assessments, verify consents, administer medications, start IVs, and reinforce patient education. Post-operatively, you will monitor vital signs, manage pain, recognize and respond to complications, and coordinate smooth handoffs to PACU, inpatient units, or discharge. You’ll collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment that values learning, clinical excellence, and patient-centered care, with opportunities for growth and professional development.
