Role - PSM - TFX

Department - Treasury

Location - Bangalore

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Achieve assigned Trade & FX (TFX) business targets

• Manage branches / assigned business segments

• Identify new TFX opportunities within the assigned catchment/segment

• Work closely with Branch Banking / ABMs and business teams

• Analyze market intelligence, business stock & competition trends

• Identify training needs and drive capability-building initiatives

• Monitor service standards, TATs and resolve operational gaps

• Ensure quality of accounts, compliance & process adherence

• Address customer queries/complaints within defined TAT

• Drive channel/team productivity and overall business performance
