Job Role: 3 D Artist-Sports Broadcast Graphics

About the Role

We are looking for a talented 3 D Artist to create high-quality 3 D assets, virtual environments, and graphics for live sports broadcasts, AR/XR experiences, virtual productions, and studio shows.

The ideal candidate combines strong artistic creativity with technical accuracy, ensuring that all assets are visually compelling while adhering to real-world dimensions and broadcast standards. Whether modeling a cricket pitch, football goalpost, tennis court, or stadium environment, precision and attention to detail are critical for seamless integration into live broadcast workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality 3 D models, environments, props, stadium elements, and broadcast graphics for sports productions. Develop realistic textures, materials, lighting setups, and optimized assets suitable for real-time rendering. Build sports-related assets using official measurements and real-world specifications. Ensure correct scale, proportions, and dimensional accuracy across all models. Optimize assets for real-time engines while maintaining visual fidelity and performance. Prepare assets for animation, camera tracking, virtual production, and live broadcast pipelines. Collaborate with production, graphics, and technical teams to meet project requirements and deadlines. Maintain organized asset libraries, naming conventions, and production standards. Revise and enhance assets based on feedback and evolving production needs.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong proficiency in Blender, Autodesk Maya, Cinema 4 D, or 3ds Max. Experience with Adobe Substance 3 D Painter, Photoshop, or similar texturing tools. Solid understanding of UV mapping, PBR workflows, lighting, rendering, and asset optimization. Experience creating high-quality realistic environments and props. Strong understanding of scale, measurements, and dimensional accuracy in 3 D modeling. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced production environments. Knowledge of AR/XR graphics, virtual sets, and immersive broadcast experiences. Familiarity with optimization techniques for real-time graphics and virtual production workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Unreal Engine, Unity, or other real-time rendering platforms. Understanding of sports infrastructure and official dimensions for sports such as cricket, football, pickleball, kabaddi, athletics, and tennis. Previous experience working on broadcast graphics, live production, sports media, or virtual production projects.
