Qualifications:5+ years of substantive litigation experienceStrong civil/commercial litigation backgroundHands-on experience with pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, and trial preparationProficiency with NYSCEF, PACER, and CM/ECFStrong understanding of NY State and Federal court proceduresAbility to manage assignments independently with minimal supervision.
