To support compliance efforts, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Compliance Specialist will manage account reviews, ensure adherence to regulations, and communicate with merchants while working remotely from Knoxville, TN. Key responsibilities Conduct thorough account reviews to ensure compliance with Anti Money Laundering (AML) regulations Communicate effectively with merchants to resolve account issues and maintain professional relationships Produce detailed and accurate documentation for compliance and audit purposes Required qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience in AML or compliance At least 1 year of experience in banking or financial services Strong working knowledge of Excel for tracking and organizing tasks Ability to independently research and apply compliance guidance Demonstrated adaptability and ownership in a deadline-driven environment
