Senior Test Manager

We're looking for a Senior Test Manager who will be responsible for defining and managing the end-to-end testing strategy and execution for a regional ERP rollout.

Responsibilities

• Define the regional test strategy and plan: SIT, UAT, regression, entry/exit criteria and sign-off.
• Lead test analysts and business testers, and run daily defect triage with functional and technical leads.
• Manage test cases, execution and defects in Azure DevOps Test Plans. Drive regression automation where possible.
• Report test progress, quality risks and go-live readiness to client and programme leadership.

Requirements

• 7–10 years in QA, with at least 3 years leading test or UAT teams on enterprise programmes.
• Test leadership on ERP implementations, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) or Customer Engagement (CE) strongly preferred.
• Azure DevOps or JIRA test management
• RSAT or other D365 test automation, multi-country rollouts, retail domain. (nice to have)
