We are expanding our operations and seeking a dynamic  International Business Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Expansion & Sales Growth

• Develop and execute business strategies to expand our presence.

• Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and emerging market trends.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, importers, and end-users.

2. Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.

• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit while maintaining customer satisfaction.

3. Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements.

• Provide insights on pricing, product modifications, and sales strategies.

4. Team Collaboration

• Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.

• Coordinate with marketing teams to create region-specific campaigns.

5. Travel & Representation

• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and business events.

• Conduct regular visits to key markets within the region.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field. MBA preferred.

• Experience: 5+ years in international sales or business development, preferably in the industrial packaging sector.

• Languages: Fluent in English (mandatory).

• Skills:

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

• Strong market research and analytical capabilities.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
