Job Description

QVR Global Services is seeking an ISO Consultant to support organizations in Sialkot with the development, implementation, and improvement of management systems. The consultant will assess existing processes, help clients align documentation and practices with applicable ISO standards, and guide teams through audit preparation and corrective actions.

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct client assessments and identify gaps against relevant ISO requirements.
• Develop or refine policies, procedures, process maps, forms, and records for management systems.
• Advise client teams on implementation plans, responsibilities, and ongoing compliance practices.
• Deliver practical guidance and awareness sessions to employees and management.
• Prepare clients for internal and external audits, support audit activities, and track findings.
• Recommend corrective and preventive actions and follow up on their effective completion.
• Maintain clear project documentation and provide timely progress updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

Job Specification

• Working knowledge of ISO management system standards, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001, and their implementation requirements.
• Experience conducting gap assessments, process reviews, and compliance audits.
• Ability to create and maintain policies, procedures, process documentation, and audit evidence.
• Understanding of risk-based thinking, corrective action, root-cause analysis, and continual improvement.
• Strong client communication, facilitation, and employee-training skills.
• Effective planning and organization across multiple consulting assignments and deadlines.
• Clear report writing, attention to detail, and sound professional judgment.
• Comfortable working with client teams on site in Sialkot and adapting advice to operational needs.
