We are looking for highly motivated Graduate Trainees to join our US IT Recruitment team . No prior US recruitment experience is required. Selected candidates will receive structured, hands-on training designed to develop them into highly skilled US IT Recruiters .

You will learn how to recruit technology professionals for the US market and work with technologies, clients, and hiring requirements across the global IT ecosystem.

What You Will Learn

Our training program will cover:

• US IT recruitment fundamentals and staffing industry
• Understanding US job requirements and technology roles
• Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms
• Candidate screening and qualification
• Resume evaluation and formatting
• US work authorization basics
• US time zones and employment types
• W2, C2C, 1099 and contract hiring concepts
• Candidate engagement and relationship management
• Interview coordination and follow-ups
• ATS and recruitment technology
• Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques
• Working with hiring managers, clients and vendors
• Negotiation and offer management
• Recruitment metrics and productivity
• Professional communication with US candidates and clients
