Staff Therapist

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Conducts individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the mental health needs of a diverse student population Performs crisis intervention and conducts intake assessments to design appropriate treatment plans Develops and delivers mental health outreach and educational programs to students and campus partners Provides didactic training to graduate trainees and new therapists in mental health fields Completes and maintains accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation and participates in case collaboration meetings Collaborates with campus stakeholders to enhance mental health services and promote inclusive wellness initiatives Other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Knowledge of diverse mental health issues and evidence-based therap
