Senior Accountant | 2x Bonus

LHH Recruitment Solutions (pka Parker+Lynch) is partnering with a growing, privately held organization seeking a Senior Accountant. This position is open due to continued growth and long-term succession planning and offers the opportunity to work closely with accounting and executive leadership while preparing for increased responsibility over time.This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys improving processes, leveraging technology, and maintaining strong accounting fundamentals. The role will blend general ledger accounting, month-end close, financial reporting, audit support, regulatory reporting, and systems improvement. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field5+ years of progressive GL accounting, financial reporting, or related experienceStrong knowledge of US GAAP and core corporate accounting principlesAdvanced Excel skills and strong proficiency with accounting or ERP systemsInterest in improving workflows, integrating systems, and expanding the use of accounting technologyStrong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsExperience in a regulated environment preferredCPA or progress toward the CPA preferred
