Role Summary: The Safety Officer is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs within the R&D Center (around 250 employees) to ensure a safe and compliant workplace. The role involves conducting risk assessments, supporting laboratory and testing safety, ensuring regulatory compliance, investigating incidents, delivering safety training, and promoting a strong safety culture. This individual will ensure safe environment and work conditions for employees including company assets. The safety officer must stay updated with all safety regulations and consistently implement these practices in the workplace.
