• Mon - Fri, 9 am - 5 pm, 8-hour shifts guaranteed daily
• Administrative day on Thursdays -- patient days Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri
• Weeknight and 24-hour weekend beeper call -- 1:5 ratio
• 20 patients per shift
• Both inpatient and outpatient practice required
• BLS certification required
• Hospital privileges required
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
