Key Result Areas and Activities:Client Engagement & Delivery Coordination – Act as the primary onsite liaison between client stakeholders and offshore delivery teams, ensuring successful execution of multiple projects and initiatives.Requirements & Solution Alignment – Facilitate requirements gathering, translate business needs into actionable plans, and align delivery outcomes with client objectives.Technical Leadership & Issue Resolution – Leverage Databricks expertise to guide solution design, resolve technical bottlenecks, and support architecture and implementation discussions.Executive Stakeholder Management – Engage with business and executive leadership to provide delivery updates, discuss roadmaps, and drive strategic alignment.Offshore Delivery Partnership – Collaborate closely with distributed teams to ensure quality, timelines, governance, and successful project delivery.Account Growth & Business Development – Support the Account Director in identifying growth opportunities, shaping proposals, and expanding the client relationship.AI Innovation & Consulting – Propose, demonstrate, and implement AI Agentic and advanced analytics solutions that drive measurable business value.
Work and Technical Experience:Essential Skills:Strong hands-on experience with Databricks and modern data platform ecosystemsExperience in client-facing delivery leadership and project coordinationStrong stakeholder management and executive communication skillsAbility to manage multiple workstreams and resolve delivery risks and dependenciesExperience working with offshore/global delivery teamsUnderstanding of data engineering, analytics, and cloud-native architecturesAbility to identify and position AI and data-driven transformation opportunities
Desirable SkillsWorking knowledge of Power BI reporting and semantic modelsExperience with Azure Data and AI servicesExposure to AI Agents, Generative AI, and intelligent automation solutionsExperience supporting account growth, pre-sales, and solution consulting engagementsQualifications:Experience:10+ years of experience in Data & Analytics delivery, consulting, or technology leadership rolesMinimum 5+ years of experience working with Databricks or modern cloud data platformsProven experience engaging with senior business stakeholders and executivesRelevant Databricks, Azure, or AI certifications preferred
