Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: Freeport, IL, 61032 Grade Level: K–12 (District-Wide) Start Date: August 20, 2026 Schedule: Part-Time (2 Days/Week) | Onsite | 14 Hours/Week Hourly Rate: $50–60/hour About the Opportunity AnthroMed Education is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students for the 2026–2027 school year. This part-time opportunity offers a flexible two-day-per-week schedule while providing district-wide behavioral support for students across K–12. You'll collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams to promote positive student outcomes through evidence-based behavior strategies and consultation. What You'll Do
- Provide district-wide behavioral consultation and support across K–12 schools
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families
- Support implementation of positive behavior supports and data-driven interventions
- Monitor student progress and adjust intervention plans as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings
- District-wide K–12 caseload
- Two days per week
- Collaborative role providing consultation and behavioral expertise across multiple schools
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Illinois credentials required for school-based practice, as applicable
- Experience conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, and collaborating with school teams preferred
- Strong communication, consultation, and organizational skills
