We are currently seeking highly motivated marketing/sales minded individuals who possess outgoing personalities and are financially motivated to work with guests inside several Hilton properties in our Rosemont, IL. This is an in-person position where we provide a concierge service to all guests staying at select Hilton hotels, while promoting Hilton Grand Vacations through an offer of a highly discounted vacation package to one of our destinations. Qualified candidates must enjoy interacting with guests and have an eagerness for upward growth. Top pay (guaranteed wages plus an excellent bonus structure), excellent benefits, flexible schedule, and growth potential. Candidate should live in the Rosemont and surrounding areas, and ready to start as soon as possible.

Competitive earnings package with the income potential of $75K and above. Our top performers in 2025 averaged over $120K!! This is an hourly plus commission / bonus pay structure.

· Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

· Past experience in hospitality and/or Sales experience is an advantage

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

· Enthusiastic and self-motivated
