The Role:You will handle a range of defense-side commercial litigation matters, including:
Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs and discoveryConducting legal research and developing litigation strategyTaking and defending depositionsManaging written discovery and document-heavy disputesWorking directly with clients, opposing counsel and internal litigation teamsSupporting trial preparation, hearings, mediations and complex case strategy
CompensationUp to $275,000, depending on experience, plus bonus eligibility and full benefits.
