Location: Multiple Locations - Delhi NCR
BASI Pilates—a globally respected Pilates education and studio brand present across 6 continents and 55+ countries—is expanding in India. We are looking for an experienced Studio Manager to lead operations at our Noida studio.
About the Role
As a Studio Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience while managing day-to-day studio operations. This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and a clear focus on sales, conversions, and member retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end studio operations and scheduling
- Manage, train, and support instructors & front-desk teams
- Handle enquiries, calls, and lead conversions efficiently
- Ensure a seamless, premium client experience—from enquiry to retention
- Drive memberships, trials, and overall studio revenue
- Maintain high standards of operations, reporting, and brand consistency
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience managing a Pilates or premium fitness studio
- Prior calling and sales experience is a must
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Client-focused with a sales and growth mindset
- Professional, detail-oriented, and aligned with high standards
