• Lead the full lifecycle of Workday Finance programs:
• Assessment → Design → Build → Test → Deploy → Post Go‑Live Support
• Manage core finance modules (GL, Procurement, AP, AR, Assets, Expenses, Revenue).
• Drive successful end‑to‑end Workday implementations, rollouts, or upgrades .
• Define the program roadmap , milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
• Ensure adherence to Scope, Schedule, Budget, Risk, Quality & Change Management
• Identify and mitigate program risks and dependencies early.
• Ensure high quality through formal testing cycles (SIT, UAT, Parallel Payroll/Finance Runs).
• Support change management, training, and adoption to ensure business readiness.
