Growing manufacturer of engineered equipment is seeking a Project Planner to play a key role in coordinating production schedules, resources, and project timelines. This is an opportunity to make a direct impact by ensuring complex projects move efficiently from planning through production and shipment.

What You'll DoDevelop and maintain production schedules using Microsoft ProjectCreate and manage Gantt charts to keep projects on scheduleCoordinate production timelines for equipment assembly projectsWork closely with engineering, production, purchasing, project management, and vendors to ensure materials and resources are available when neededSupport resource planning and production capacity planningMonitor project milestones and proactively identify scheduling conflicts or delaysCoordinate shipment timing to meet customer project deadlinesCommunicate schedule updates across multiple departments to keep projects moving
What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in a technical fieldMicrosoft Project experience is requiredStrong experience creating and managing Gantt chartsExperience with production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operationsExcellent organizational xzbcwsv and communication skillsComfortable working with multiple departments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
