Job Description : The ideal candidate would have a very good command over spoken as well as written English. Having a knack to identify good manuscripts and authors in the 1st to 10 th segment would be a pre-requisite. The ideal candidate would check manuscripts for their correctness and authenticity and also edit them in a given time frame. Adhering to tight schedules and coordinating with the authors regarding the same, consistency and proper gradation of content are some of the key requirements and important. In addition the candidate would be required to innovate by suggesting the introduction of new titles based on sound pedagogical concepts and proper market research. Candidates should know the use of computers and be a graduate/post graduate in any History / Geography / Political Science with adequate experience and exposure in the given field. The candidate would be required to do an in-depth analysis of the competitors' books to draw a comparison. This information would have to be communicated to the Product Manager in order to formulate a strong sales pitch.

Candidate must possess good knowledge of the syllabus of either of the boards (CBSE & ICSE).
