Job Description
We are looking for a driven and experienced Business Development & Sales professional with 5+ years of industry experience. The ideal candidate will bridge strategic BD and frontline sales — building the specifier and influencer ecosystem while owning the direct sales cycle. They will expand Spectra’s enterprise footprint, grow channel partnerships, and serve as a confident face of the brand in front of CXOs and decision-makers. CTC – Competitive; commensurate with experience. Salary will not be a constraint for the right resource.
