  • Conduct rigorous market research, competitive intelligence, and opportunity assessment to support new market entry, product development, and investment targeting.
  • Translate high-level strategic direction into structured execution roadmaps with clearly defined milestones, owners, and success metrics.
  • Identify white-space opportunities and emerging trends that align with the Group's investment thesis and growth objectives.

2. Financial Modelling & Investment Analysis

  • Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate new business opportunities, M&A targets, partnerships, and capital allocation decisions.
  • Develop comprehensive business cases, investment memoranda, and scenario analyses to support executive decision-making.
  • Conduct valuation work including DCF, LBO, comparable company analysis, and precedent transaction analysis as required.
  • Track portfolio performance metrics and provide regular reporting against strategic and financial targets.

3. M&A Support & Transaction Execution

  • Support end-to-end M&A processes including origination, due diligence coordination, financial modelling, and post-acquisition integration planning.

  • Coordinate with external advisers — legal, financial, and sector specialists — to ensure efficient and well-governed transaction execution.

4. Cross-Functional Execution & Project Management

  • Serve as the connective tissue between the Founder's Office and internal functions including Finance, Legal & Compliance, HR, and Business Unit leadership.
  • Drive strategic projects from inception through delivery, maintaining accountability for timelines, quality, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and develop pragmatic recommendations for improvement across the Group's portfolio entities.

5. Executive Stakeholder Engagement & Communications

  • Prepare high-quality executive presentations, board materials, investment briefs, and management dashboards for leadership and external audiences.
  • Act as a credible and discreet representative of the Founder's Office in interactions with investors, partners, and senior advisers.
  • Support investor relations activity, including preparation for investor meetings, due diligence packs, and strategic communications.

6. Performance Monitoring & Business Insights

  • Develop and maintain KPI frameworks and management reporting structures to provide the Founder with timely, actionable business intelligence.
  • Monitor macroeconomic developments, sector dynamics, and portfolio performance to surface risks and opportunities proactively.

Essential

  • 6–10 years of progressive experience in M&A advisory, strategy consulting, corporate finance, or a founder's/CEO's office within a high-growth or complex multi-entity environment.
  • Demonstrably strong financial modelling capability — proficient in building integrated three-statement models, DCF, LBO, and scenario/sensitivity analysis from scratch.
  • Track record of managing and delivering complex, cross-functional projects with significant commercial stakes.
  • Prior exposure to M&A processes — whether in an advisory or principal capacity — including due diligence, deal structuring, and execution.
  • Exposure of listed company experience in India, with Tech/IT/Cybersecurity etc.
