Accounts Officer

We are hiring an Accounts Officer (4+ years of experience) to join our Islamabad office. As an Accounts Officer, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and supporting reporting and compliance activities. The role plays an important part in maintaining financial discipline and enabling timely decision-making.

• Manage daily accounting entries and financial records
• Prepare reconciliations, reports, and financial statements
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Assist in tax filings and related documentation
• Coordinate with auditors during audit processes
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in accounts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance or related field
• 4+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
