Financial Reporting Manager

We are seeking an experienced SEC Reporting professional to support public company financial reporting and SEC filings, including additional disclosures related to a merger project.

Key Responsibilities:Prepare and review SEC filings, financial statements, and disclosures in accordance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.Research and interpret SEC guidance and apply it to financial reporting.Analyze financial results, general ledger activity, and reporting variances.Partner with Controllership, auditors, and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely filings.Support reporting processes, internal controls, and disclosure framework development.Required Qualifications:5+ years of experience in SEC reporting, financial reporting, or regulatory reporting.Experience with consolidated financial statements and public company reporting.Strong knowledge of GAAP, SEC regulations, and disclosure requirements.Experience researching and applying SEC or regulatory guidance.Preferred Qualifications:Banking or public accounting experience.Experience with Workiva and Oracle GL. xzbcwsv CPA or degree in Accounting/Finance.
