The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for connecting people with the right opportunities. Experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
Responsibilities:
> Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the search process from the initial client engagement and role requirements through candidate identification, evaluation, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and successful placement.
> Client Partnership: Work closely with clients to understand hiring needs, position requirements, company culture, and ideal candidate profiles.
> Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage qualified candidates through our internal database, professional networks, referrals, LinkedIn, and other recruiting channels.
> Market Research & Industry Knowledge: Stay informed on industry trends, talent availability, competitive activity, and market conditions to identify qualified candidates, anticipate client needs, and support effective recruiting strategies.
> Business Development & Networking: Build and strengthen client relationships through professional networking events, industry outings, sponsorships, and other business development initiatives to expand the firm’s network, generate new business opportunities, and support continued growth.
