Job Description Lead project management efforts while coordinating with client, architects, and engineers Assist in potential business development meetings and proposals Lead from the front to establish a positive office culture Creates and reviews project schedules Partner with client from preconstruction phase through closeout Develops relationships with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors Handle forecasting and estimating costs while making changes to costs for project completion Ensure safety protocols are being adhered to on the job site Travel is minimal MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
