This includes managing food and beverage service, supervising staff schedules, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. The role involves monitoring inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and managing basic budgeting and cost control to support efficient operations. The Cafe Manager will provide hands-on support during peak hours, handle customer inquiries and concerns, and collaborate with the workspace team to support events, promotions, and community activities.
