Project Manager - FM Assets

Project Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager with deep expertise in FM Asset Class (Options , Fix Income , Equities) for a critical Data Centre Migration project for Trade and Post Trade Team .

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with stakeholders from various project teams in Financial Markets, agree timelines and funding, manage all governance requirements in close collaboration with technical development manager
• Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
• Document Actions from the workshops and assist with the tracking of the deliverables.
• Prepare Gap Analysis, Business Requirements Documents and Project Approval Requests
• Work closely with SME experts in various areas of the business gaining an understanding of their processes.
• Document and raise any Risks and Issues to the Product Owners, Business owners and Program Management.
• Take part in project testing cycles and assist with the preparation of test packs.
• Understand the functionalities of the current systems and process, and come up with requirements for system/process improvements.
• Mentor & guide Python developers & automation engineers in building world class products
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to developers
• Manage a team of 30+ developers & automation engineers
• Prepare delivery plan and liaise with Bank stakeholders in executing the plan
• RAID management of project
• Leverage Gen AI solutions to improve overall productivity and delivery quality

Mandatory Skills Description:

• 10+ years of overall experience as Project/Delivery Manager
• Must have experience FM Asset Class (Options , Fix Income , Equities etc) and Trade Life Cycle (Front to Back)
• Must have worked in Java Technology and migration of application from monolithic to Mmcroservices architecture
• Must have worked with technology teams and be able to seamlessly participate & contribute to technical & architectural discussions.
• Strong people and stakeholder management experience
• Past Experience in Managing a team of 30+ developers ,BA and automation engineers.

• Some technical background in analyzing or reviewing code changes
