Job Description Manage all phases of ground-up construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction teams on-site. Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays effectively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Review and interpret construction plans and specifications. Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on project status. Oversee procurement and delivery of materials and equipment to the site. Conduct inspections to maintain quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
