Senior Program Manager

Biometrics4ALL · Austin, United States

FULL TIME

Job Description

Biometrics4ALL is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our team in Austin, Texas.

Biometrics4ALL provides secure, streamlined fingerprinting and biometric background-check solutions for schools, universities, volunteers, and law-enforcement agencies. Our mission is to keep our communities safe with exceptional biometric background-check technology. This is a full-time, onsite role in Austin.

Role Overview

Our Senior Program Manager leads the implementation of large programs and then manages those programs for the long term. The work touches nearly every part of our company and has two core parts:

  • Implementation: You will build and run the integrated program plan, including scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and the critical path to go-live. You’ll keep Product, Engineering, Finance, Operations, and Customer Support working to the same timeline, translate client requirements into clear priorities, and make sure staffing, service locations, and support are in place before volume arrives.
  • Long-Term Program Management: After launch, you will own the program’s ongoing performance. You’ll track service levels, volumes, turnaround times, and contract deliverables, analyze the data to find trends and problems early, and lead regular business reviews with client leadership that show how the program is performing and what we’re doing to improve it. You’ll also build the dashboards that keep our Leadership Team informed.

Qualifications

  • 10-15+ years of program management experience, including leading multiple large, multi-stakeholder implementations from kickoff through go-live and managing programs for the long term after launch.
  • Experience managing a government or public-sector contract, ideally in law enforcement, public safety, or criminal justice.
  • Experience working with software or technology teams on implementation, integration, or product delivery.
  • Strong analytical skills, including working with operational data, building dashboards and performance reports, and presenting findings to senior audiences.
  • A proven ability to influence teams you don’t manage, and to stay measured and diplomatic when priorities shift and deadlines compress.
  • Comfort discussing software releases, integrations, and data flows, and the ability to translate between engineers and non-technical client staff.
  • Fluent, practical use of AI tools and project management software.
  • Lives in the Austin, TX area and able to work onsite full-time, with travel across Texas as needed.
  • U.S. citizenship is required for our government contract work. Employment is contingent on passing a fingerprint-based state and federal background check.
  • Meaningful Impact. Help safeguard communities through biometric background-check solutions.
  • Strategic Role. Own one of our largest and most visible programs from implementation through the life of the contract, with direct exposure to our leadership team.
  • High-Growth Environment. Join a team that’s rapidly expanding, welcomes fresh ideas, and fosters personal and professional development.

Compensation

Range: $100,000 - $120,000

Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.

Salary is just one component of your total compensation. You will also receive comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage, along with a generous PTO policy.

Biometrics4ALL is an equal-opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive environment for all.
