About the Role

We are hiring 10 Operations Executives this week to join our Faridabad office.

As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for managing on-ground data collection operations by coordinating with stakeholders and collecting high-quality image and video data across diverse real-world environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit shops, vendors, showrooms, and other business locations for data collection.
• Identify and approach suitable locations for capturing images and videos based on project requirements.
• Build rapport with business owners and convince them to participate in data collection activities.
• Coordinate and manage end-to-end field operations to ensure timely data collection.
• Capture high-quality images and videos while following project guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with data collection protocols and quality standards.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with field work and traveling across assigned locations.
• Ability to confidently interact with vendors, shop owners, and business stakeholders.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of using smartphones and cameras for image and video capture.
• Prior experience in field operations, surveys, data collection, or business development is a plus.
