b Overview /b p In this role, you will lead client engagements in IDC’s Customs Solutions group, steering custom market research projects from inception to delivery. You’ll coordinate with analysts, sales, and external contributors to produce high-quality insights that drive customer outcomes. You’ll manage client communications, milestones, and project budgets, ensuring timely, accurate deliverables and a strong customer experience.
