Prime Personnel are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 (Category C) Drivers on behalf of our well-established logistics client based in Milton Keynes .

The Role As an HGV Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for shunting and transporting loads between two sites within the Milton Keynes area.
This is a straightforward, local driving role, ideal for drivers who enjoy regular routes and working as part of a professional transport team.
Key Responsibilities:
Shunting and trunking between two local sites in Milton Keynes.
Ensuring safe and timely movement of vehicles and freight.
Carrying out daily vehicle safety checks.
Following all road transport regulations and site safety procedures.
Maintaining a professional and positive attitude when working with colleagues and site personnel.
Ensuring high standards of safety and customer service at all times.
Pay Rates Monday to Friday – Days: £17.00 per hour
Monday to Friday – Nights: £18.00 per hour
Saturday: £20.00 per hour
Sunday: £22.00 per hour
Shift Patterns 4 On, 4 Off – Regular, Rotating Shift Pattern
Day Shift: 09:00 – 17:30
Afternoon/Night Shift: 17:30 – 02:00

Driver Requirements To be considered for this position, applicants must have:
A valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence .
No more than 6 penalty points, with no DD, DR or IN endorsements.
A valid Driver CPC qualification.

Good English communication skills to ensure safe working practices.
A professional, reliable and safety-focused approach.
Willingness to undergo background screening and drug and alcohol testing.
