Position: Phone & Chat Support Agent
Role: Gaming Technical & Customer Support
Work Mode: 100% Work From Office
Shift: US Shifts | 24×7 Rotational
Eligibility: Any Graduate / Post-Graduate
Technical/Customer Support experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via Phone, Chat & Email Support Gaming Products, Billing, Payments & Subscriptions Troubleshoot basic Hardware & Software issues Manage support tickets through CRMRequirements
Graduation/PG completion certificate Original mark sheets required for onboarding Willingness to work US & rotational shifts Client-mandated training is mandatoryNo WFH | No Hybrid – Work From Office Only
