Practice Type: Mixed NHS & Private\\Excellent Private Growth Potential Grow Your Career with Longridge Dental Centre Longridge Dental Centre is looking for an experienced and motivated GDC-registered Direct Access Dental Therapist to join our friendly and progressive team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist looking to develop their career within a modern, supportive practice, treating both NHS and private patients while having the opportunity to build and develop their own private patient base. What You'll Be Doing Providing high-quality periodontal therapy and restorative treatment for NHS and private patients. Working under Direct Access, carrying out patient assessments and providing preventative care. Building strong, long-term relationships with patients through excellent clinical care. Clearly explaining treatment options and supporting patients in making informed decisions. Working closely with the wider clinical team and referring patients where appropriate for implants, orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry and other treatments. Previous Direct Access experience and confidence working independently. Excellent communication and patient care skills. A passion for preventative and minimally invasive dentistry. An interest in developing private treatments and building long-term patient relationships. Additional experience in cosmetic dentistry would be advantageous but is not essential.
