Company: Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Job Description & Key Result Areas: Technical Skills :- Setting machining process parameters for production Development of parts / product in HPDC (High pressure die casting) , LPDC (Low pressure die casting)& GDC (Gravity die casting ) casting processes Prepare and examine required Fixtures, Tools & Gauges design & ensure the development for same as per required quality & part/product requirements. Establishing the machining program and parameters for the VMC, CNC, HMC.VTL, SPM. Supplier capacity assessment & ramp up to the required rate of production.
