Receptionist

La Bake Amore is looking for a professional, confident, and well-presented Receptionist to join our academy at MG Road, Bangalore . As the first point of contact for our students, parents, visitors, and guests, you will play an important role in creating a warm, organised, and professional experience at the academy. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist students, parents, visitors, and guests professionally. Manage day-to-day front-desk and reception operations. Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and basic enquiries. Provide information about courses, batches, schedules, and academy facilities. Coordinate with the Admissions, Academic, and Operations teams. Maintain student records, forms, documents, and reception registers. Coordinate student visits, appointments, meetings, and enquiries. Assist with routine administrative and coordination work. Ensure the reception and student-facing areas maintain a professional and welcoming environment. Support the academy team with day-to-day operational requirements. Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who is: Confident, presentable, and well-spoken. Friendly and comfortable interacting with students and visitors. Strong in English and Hindi ; Kannada is an advantage. Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and basic computer applications. Well-organised and capable of handling multiple tasks. Professional, punctual, and responsible. Previous experience in reception, front office, education, hospitality, or customer service is preferred. Salary ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month , depending on experience and suitability.
