We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Designer to join our Design & Development team in Mongla, Bangladesh .

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in design development, sampling, and product development.
• Create and develop new styles based on trends, briefs, and customer requirements.
• Work closely with merchandising, production, and sampling teams.
• Prepare design details, specifications, and presentation materials.
• Follow up on samples and ensure design accuracy and quality.

Qualifications

• Graduate from NIFT or a similar fashion/design institute.
• 0–2 years of experience; freshers with strong design skills are welcome.

Required Skills

• Good communication, coordination, and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop is preferred.
• Willingness to work from Mongla, Bangladesh.
