Assurance Manager – CA ( Mumbai and Hyderabad )

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple audit & assurance engagements , ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Plan audit objectives, develop audit strategy, and identify/manage key audit risks.
• Review and analyze financial statements, accounting records, and financial reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain regular client communication , manage expectations, and ensure strong client relationships.
• Supervise, train, and mentor audit team members and provide performance feedback.
• Manage multiple priorities while ensuring adherence to professional and firm standards.

Requirements

• CA / CPA qualified
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Audit & Assurance
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory/team management experience
• Strong experience working with Financial Services clients , particularly:
• Broker Dealers
• Private Equity / Venture Capital
• Hedge Funds
• Funds of Funds
• Strong analytical, communication, client management, and team leadership skills.
