Our portfolio includes Kiddikind, a pediatric nutrition brand, and Chewboo, our upcoming healthy snacking brand. We’re focused on creating products and experiences that genuinely solve consumer needs.

The Role

We’re looking for a Customer Experience Executive who enjoys speaking with people, solving problems and making sure every customer interaction leaves a positive impression.

You’ll be the voice of our brands, handling customer queries, resolving concerns and ensuring a smooth customer experience across every interaction.

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Understand customer concerns and provide quick, accurate and empathetic resolutions.
• Handle queries related to orders, products, payments, delivery, returns and complaints.
• Follow up on unresolved issues and ensure timely closure.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Identify recurring customer issues and share insights with internal teams.
• Work closely with E-commerce, Operations and other teams to resolve customer concerns.
• Help improve customer satisfaction and overall experience.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Experience / Customer Support / Telecalling / BPO.
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
• Comfortable handling customer calls and difficult conversations.
• Patient, empathetic and solution-oriented.
• Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable using CRM / ticketing systems and basic MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of Tamil, Hindi or other regional languages is an added advantage.
• Someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers and solving problems.
