Customer Service RepresentativeThe role of a Customer Service Representative is to interact with the customers, understand their issues, take down their requests and orders, and provide them direction on resources available to them. Be able to understand and clearly explain to doctors over the phone and through email Versah's products and how to use them with different implant systems and in clinical procedures.This position is located in Jackson, Michigan.Duties/Responsibilities:Interact with Versah customers over the phone and emailAnswer questions about Versah's products and servicesProcess orders and transactionsExplain clinical procedures and help direct customers to online resourcesResolve issues and troubleshoot technical problemsDeliver information about a company's offeringsProvide proactive customer outreachHandle customer complaintsCollect & analyze customer feedbackDevelop and document knowledge into helpful contentJob Requirements:HS Diploma or equivalent1-3 years' experience in a customer service-related fieldBilingual preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skills are needed as well as proficient in MS Word and Excel.Excellence in accuracy and attention to detail.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to handle a variety of customer situations.Ability to work standard departmental hours of 40 hrs/per week, in addition to holidays and overtime as needed.Target Market Salary Range:Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs.
