Job Title: Outreach & Marketing Executive
Location: Bengaluru
About the Role
Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences (RUAS) is seeking dynamic professionals to support student recruitment through outreach initiatives, school engagement programs, education fairs, and marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have strong relationship-building skills and be comfortable travelling extensively for recruitment initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct school and college outreach activities.
- Organize seminars and career guidance sessions.
- Coordinate education fairs and admissions events.
- Build relationships with school principals, counsellors, and educational institutions.
- Generate student leads through outreach initiatives.
- Coordinate regional outreach campaigns.
- Maintain outreach databases and reports.
- Support branding and promotional activities.
- Assist with admissions counselling during recruitment events.
- Travel extensively for outreach and student recruitment activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate (MBA preferred)
- Experience: 3–4 years of relevant experience.
