Extension is seeking a Billing Specialist for a Contract to Hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Milwaukee, WI .

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities

• Sort and review scanned paperwork received from locations across the country
• Classify documents such as bills of lading, freight bills, and related paperwork
• Queue and organize documents for processing
• Complete billing for delivered trips and loads
• Ensure billing documentation is accurate and complete

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
• Previous billing, administrative, or data entry experience is helpful but not required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with electronic documents and computer systems

Salary Information

• $22.00 per hour
