HCA Healthcare is seeking an RN Navigator for our Breast Center to guide patients through the breast care continuum. In this role, you’ll coordinate diagnostic testing, treatments, and follow-up, educating patients and families while serving as a key liaison between surgeons, oncologists, radiologists, and support services. You will assess clinical and psychosocial needs, remove barriers to care, and ensure timely appointments and referrals. Working within our compassionate, team-centered culture, you’ll contribute to quality initiatives, data tracking, and patient outreach while growing your expertise in breast health navigation and oncology nursing.
