About the OpportunityWe’re partnering with a growing Cincinnati-based commercial general contractor looking to add a Project Manager to its team.
This is an opportunity to join a smaller, entrepreneurial organization in an exciting stage of growth. The company has established a strong base of repeat clients, including several highly reputable organizations throughout the Cincinnati market, and has a targeted five-year growth plan in place.
Their work is primarily focused on commercial renovations, tenant improvements, and interior buildouts throughout Greater Cincinnati. What You’ll Be DoingManage commercial construction projects from preconstruction and turnover through closeoutOversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, RFIs, submittals, and change ordersWork closely with Superintendents and field teams to keep projects moving efficientlyMaintain strong communication with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal leadershipManage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyHelp maintain the high level of service that has driven a strong base of repeat clientsTake on increasing responsibility as the company continues to grow
What They’re Looking For3+ years of commercial construction experience, ideally with a General ContractorExperience managing or supporting commercial renovation, tenant improvement, interiors, or similar projectsStrong understanding of project management fundamentals including cost, schedule, documentation, and subcontractor coordinationStrong communication and client-facing skillsOrganized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environmentSomeone who enjoys being part of a close-knit team and wants the opportunity to grow alongside the company
